I strive to offer telehealth counseling services to individuals, couples and families that struggle with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD and so much more. I understand that each person is different and with that in mind, it is my goal to create a safe, supportive and personal space so that my clients are comfortable working towards their individual or family goals of improving their mental health.
