Now accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions. I work best with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many are high-functioning, often people of color or first-generation professionals, navigating anxiety, cultural or family expectations, trauma, or identity struggles. Long for clarity, confidence, and deeper connection but find it hard to prioritize themselves after years of caregiving or survival mode. My clients seek a space where they can feel seen, slow down, and begin healing in a way that feels meaningful and true to who they are I offer a warm, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. As a woman of color and therapist, I deeply understand the intersection of emotional pain, cultural dynamics, and identity development. I integrate an array of evidence-based approaches.
