Starting therapy can be daunting. We may be thinking: what's wrong with me or, what's wrong with my child? I join my clients in a shift towards self-compassion: what happened to us & how did we cope? I offer therapy for kids & teens struggling to cope with their world, which for my clients often includes relational conflict, isolation, ADHD, anxiety, depression and difficulty with transitions - from normative (to a new grade, new sibling, puberty) to traumatic (divorce, grief, post-pandemic). I also support adults & couples struggling with their own life transitions, relationships & purpose, particularly those who feel stuck.
