I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience, specializing in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career/work stress, everyday life challenges, and trauma. As a veteran of the US Navy, I have a deep understanding of the unique experiences of first responders, military personnel, veterans, and their families. My professional background includes work in hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, private practice, and local community agencies.
