I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you are seen, supported, and understood. I’ll walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, make sense of the patterns that shape them, and find tools that support you in your daily life. I believe that no single intervention fits every client, which is why I tailor my approach to each individual who walks into my office. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in self-compassion. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you as you work toward healing, growth, and a deeper sense of self.
