I have experience working with individuals with a variety of different concerns including: depression, anxiety, grief, relational problems, mood disorders, trauma, and substance abuse. I engage clients in evidence based therapy interventions that include cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. I provide clients with a safe, non judgement environment to help foster personal growth. I encourage clients to self reflect and look through their life with a difference lense. I believe that everyone has the ability to change and live a fulfilling life and will work just as hard as you to help you achieve your goals
