About
Reaching an emotional low can feel overwhelming, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful growth. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can heal, rediscover your strength, and move forward with confidence. Drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and expressive therapies, I specialize in supporting individuals recovering from eating disorders, addiction, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we’ll work toward lasting change and a deeper sense of self-acceptance. I specialize working with children, teen, and adults who are struggling with mood, relational issues, body image, self esteem, transitions, disordered eating, addiction, and complicated family dynamics. I utilize a collaborative approach drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and expressive therapies such as Art, Drama, and Bibliotherapy.
