Being a young adult right now is very different then being one even just a few years ago. My passion is working with young people to build skills whether social or academic that help bring calm, confidence, and peace into their lives. My goal is to empower clients to self-advocate and use their personal strengths to create a life that is full of joy and self-acceptance. My clients are unique in regard to their interests, abilities, personalities, and skill set. Life is not about competition or comparison (no matter what anyone says).
