Asking for mental health support can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. The journey won’t always be smooth or easy. That's why it's best not to go alone when you need additional mental health support. It would be my privilege to support and guide you on this journey. I specialize in perinatal mental health with a focus on miscarriage, infertility, and trauma related to the pregnancy or birthing experience. You can expect a perinatal-focused session with me to be filled with compassion, patience, and strengths-based approaches. Non-birthing parents can get perinatal mental health disorders too! While working towards my certification in sex therapy, I am open to treating different sexual issues. I have experience working with couples and individuals regarding kink, safety, self-pleasure, sexual trauma, and self-confidence. The intersectionality of perinatal/maternal/women’s mental health and sex therapy is a special focus of mine.
