About
Much of our wounding and healing happens in relationship. Beginning counseling within a safe, supportive, and professionally held relationship is courageous and meaningful. My focus is often in working with women who have experienced birth trauma, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, or other women’s health–related challenges, where grief, trauma, and the nervous system are often deeply intertwined. I also support teens and adults working through anxiety, attachment and relational wounds, disordered eating, body image concerns, and trauma. My approach incorporates EMDR and a polyvagal lens, with faith-based support available if desired.
