The world has been an exhausting and stressful place lately. I want provide a space to feel safe and heard while working as a team to create your own safe space to thrive in. I'm a collaborative, grounded, and an authentic human who finds joy in passing on the skills I've learned throughout my career. I specialize working with most types of trauma/PTSD, LGBTQ+ folks, stress management, anxiety and depressed moods, relationship issues, grief/loss, and major life transitions such as starting college or new relationships. I use an integrative style so I can tailor the therapeutic experience to each person. Here is some clinical jargon on the interventions that I frequently use: CBT, CPT, ACT, SFBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness practices, EMDR and hypnotherapy through a trauma informed, systemic, psychodynamic, and strength based approach.
