At various points in all our lives, we will face challenges and trials that will rock us to our very core. For some of us, that may look like times when we feel like our identity is shifting, or we may feel like we have completely lost our sense of self. We may feel confused, worried, and unhappy. It may be hard for us to imagine there is a light at the end of the tunnel, that things could ever get better from here. As a therapist, I believe that my role is to walk alongside you through these moments, supporting you in navigating all of the complexities that life has to offer.
