My approach to therapy is that every client is different and has unique experiences and needs. Sometimes current life experiences such as school, work, and family dynamics can be stressful. Sometimes it is traumatic experiences from the past that impact people in the present. I can help people of all ages (children, teens, and adults) develop an understanding of their experiences and learn coping skills for the present. I work with people who have experienced trauma and loss including challenges regarding divorce, adoption, and abuse. View 5 Photos I have a client centered and trauma informed approach to therapy. I believe every client is unique and needs an individualized therapy experience. I use TF-CBT and Attachment theory and am an Adoption Competent Therapist. I am trained in infant mental health (ages 0-5) and frequently use play therapy and sand tray therapy techniques with children.
