You are the one leading the counseling process and I am along for the journey; helping you navigate the twists, turns, and uphill climbs that mark your path. I desire to come alongside of you and approach your well-being for, a wholistic standpoint looking at how your physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual health impact you. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Addictions Counseling, and Adolescent Counseling.
