My clinical focus is on working with clients who are late-diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism and those who suspect neurodivergent symptoms. I also have experience working with individuals impacted by depression, anxiety-related disorders, and trauma. Treatment focuses on supporting the client to better understand themselves, developing skills and tools to cope with their day to day living, and live according to their needs rather than to fit in.
