I’m a mental health therapist in the states of Missouri and Kansas with 15+ years of experience providing support to individuals and their families in addressing their mental health and wellness. I seek to provide an empathetic, affirming and inclusive space for all that need help to work through the barriers in pursuing a life worth living. Often this can look like identifying and addressing “stuck points” that can impact our perception of self, others and the world and contribute to anxiety, feelings of sadness and struggles with self-worth as well as concerns with a sense of safety and security in uncertain times.
