My focus is on supporting the healing and growth of children. Children are a vulnerable population and do not always have the means to succeed. Clients may come in with anxiety, depression, issues regulating emotions, emotional outbursts. These issues can occur in all environments and impact a child's functioning. Childhood trauma can have a negative impact on development and the ultimate success of a child's future. Not all trauma leaves physical effects but can also leave emotional effects. Children can be left with challenges building relationships, understanding themselves, regulating and functioning overall.
