Struggling with depression and anxiety that is impacting your relationships? Right now, we are in unprecedented times. People are needing additional support. I work with anyone individual or family ages 5 and above. I use play therapy with children ages 5 to 10. With adolescent and teenagers we either do activity based therapy or talk therapy. Adults, typically talk therapy. Some individuals find it helpful when we go on walks and talk. I enjoy working with all ages, couples, and families.
