I started working in the mental healthcare field in community-based settings such as outpatient clinics and residential programs. I was drawn to this work by a desire to help people feel seen, supported, and encouraged, especially during their most vulnerable moments. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and also support clients facing life transitions, grief, panic attacks, stress, and relationship challenges. I tailor each session to meet the client’s unique goals and needs. I strive to create a warm, inclusive space where clients feel safe and empowered in their mental health journey.
