The future can feel so uncertain right now. In addition to the terrifying things happening in our country, you have new challenges you're facing personally. Combined, it can all feel like too much. My goals are: for you to feel known and listened to, to have a space that is yours, to help you connect the dots between past experiences and current struggles, and to offer emotional support through this time. For couples: I hope to help you reconnect, learn new ways to communicate, and/or navigate infertility, the transition to parenthood, loss, or the uncharted territory you are facing. I may be especially helpful if you are: experiencing infertility or miscarriage, pregnant or postpartum (including partners), grieving a loss, deconstructing your religious beliefs or processing religious trauma, struggling in relationships & wanting to understand why, trying to heal from trauma or CPTSD, or navigating a new season in your life.
