My approach to therapy is rooted in a deep desire to connect with others as I help them along their healing journey. I believe that through collaboration, empathy, and compassion I can empower my clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and become the best version of themselves. I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego with a major in Communications, and an MS in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I was inspired to pursue a career as a therapist after my own transformative experience in therapy. I love working in a field where I get to deeply connect with others.
