From a nurturing, neuro-affirmative perspective, I work with adults navigating neurodivergence, ADHD, ASD, PTSD/cPTSD, trauma, executive function challenges, parenting and caregiving issues, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
