Hello! I am a relational therapist who works with individuals, couples and families struggling to feel understood and secure. I specialize in Family Systems Theory which means I take the perspective of ones whole self - different parts of who you are and experiences you come from. This further helps me guide individuals through self exploration and identity. I love working with self esteem, anxiety, and relational distress. I find myself working with a lot of people struggling with broken trust, miscommunication, and a desire to understand how their upbringing affects their current emotions, perceptions, and behaviors.
