I am dedicated to trauma work and create a safe space for clients to process. Do you notice conflict on repeat with your partner or family member and want to do/feel better? I work with teens through adulthood, individualizing therapy to work around client's unique challenges, coping skills and barriers to coping; clients reflect on their own strengths, and by challenging unhealthy thoughts and sticky areas move towards their values and what is important to them. I pull from ACT, CBT and Emotion-focused therapy. I am licensed in New York and Connecticut.
