As human beings we all encounter crossroads whether facing a difficult situation, feeling overwhelmed, or searching for a new path toward healing or growth. My hope is for clients to find support needed during challenging times- whether it’s healing, mentorship, connection, or a sense of belonging. I partner with respect, care and intention to support adults, new parents, adolescents and teens through a wide range of life challenges. Together, we work toward finding meaning in the storms—rediscovering hope, building strategies, and moving forward thru hardship, loss, or major life transitions with an open mind to listen patiently.
