It takes bravery to share your story. You don’t have to face overwhelming moments alone. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals in the perinatal stage—processing loss, trauma, or the transition into parenthood. My experience as a full-spectrum doula has given me meaningful insight into birth trauma and perinatal mental health. I also have experience supporting those navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, loss, social anxiety, and PTSD.
