My passion is helping individuals of all ages in individual or group settings. From time to time, everyone experiences challenges. My aim is to provide the support and evidence-based strategies to help with life's difficulties. I provide a safe/non-judgmental environment for my clients to be able to address obstacles and live their best life. Life does not always go the way we planned. Sometimes we are faced with obstacles that can lead to depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and many other emotions. You may even feel your life is unmanageable or out of control. However, you are not alone.
