Therapy is more than just talking- it's intentional conversation through which I strive to create a safe, healthy environment for you to process life experiences. In your first session with me I will prioritize understanding your history and focusing on how that history may be impacting your experiences today. From there, we focus on symptom management, treatment goals, improving relationships, and healing from past trauma. I believe our bodies keep the score, so while your mind may not hold onto traumatic or troublesome thoughts, our bodies store this information, resulting in somatic experiences that I will help you work through.
