In today’s busy way of life, we rarely stop for a moment for self-care. But if our cup is empty, how can we pour into anyone else’s? Through my passion of helping others, I use the counseling session as one where the client(s) and I collaborate to improve everyday life. A safe space is created where we explore and define presenting problems, develop future goals for an improved life, and implement change. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other approaches that fit the client(s) needs.
