As a trauma-focused therapist and human mind engineer, I approach every client with the understanding that we are all uniquely formed by the constellation of our experiences—our relationships, our challenges, our triumphs, and even the moments that feel too heavy to hold alone. We are continuously being shaped not only by what has happened to us, but also by how we’ve learned to survive, adapt, and make sense of our inner and outer worlds. Therapy isn’t about something being “wrong” with us—it’s about exploring the reasons we think, feel, and respond the way we do, and understanding ourselves with greater clarity and compassion.
