I work with older adults and seniors who may be navigating a wide range of challenges. Many are dealing with stress, anxiety, or depression, while others are coping with caregiver responsibilities, work pressures, or major life transitions. Some face chronic or life-limiting illnesses, physical disabilities, or conditions like ALS. My goal is to offer a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward greater comfort, clarity, and emotional well-being.
