I work with women who are ready to move beyond survival and build greater confidence, stability, and meaning in their lives. I specialize in somatic trauma therapy and in supporting women who have experienced complex PTSD and relational trauma, as well as childhood, domestic, sexual, narcissistic, and spiritual abuse. Many of my clients begin therapy feeling stuck in painful symptoms, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure how to trust themselves again. In our work together, we focus on the nervous system to understand how symptoms developed and to create new possibilities as safety & choice are restored in your body.
