Are you a parent or caregiver managing emotions, processing changes, while caring for a child with special needs? I understand beginning therapy can create some anxiety and hesitation, but it can also leave you feeling empowered and excited for change and coping. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, family conflict, and difficulty adjusting to stressors or life circumstances. I have personal experience learning how to cope and be present with a child with different needs. I can help you manage uncontrollable thoughts, assist with behavioral management skills, or utilize EMDR.
