I primarily work with neurodivergent individuals explore their identity, diagnosis and goals. My passion is working with families and couples in which one or multiple members are a part of the neurodivergent community. View 4 Photos I look at therapy through a Dialectic Behavioral lens. However, I integrate other approaches such as: art therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness based on the needs and comfortability of the individual. I offer different approaches to everyday issues, in order to provide a different perspective to what you are brining into each session.
