Welcome! I love providing my clients with an open and warm place to process their past and find a place of healing in the present. I commonly work with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and those who have suffered a variety of traumatic experiences. Whether you are a young adult struggling with an unknown future, someone with a history of traumatic relationships, or the parent of a currently struggling child, I love assisting my clients in setting goals for their future, seeing them achieve, and celebrate their growth together.
