I am a member of the clinical team at Art of Awareness Wellness Center in South Portland, Maine, where I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I have a special passion for supporting adolescents, women, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with people who are navigating identity, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and those who are seeking a way to be more fully themselves. Whether you’re brand new to therapy or have been on this path before, I will meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I believe healing can happen through creativity, transformation, and play, and I love helping people deepen their connection to themselves and the world around them.
