I have a passion in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events in the past and are looking for ways to have relief. I enjoy working through self esteem issues, relationship issues, and attachment styles. I often find that clients are in need to be seen and heard and often they have the ability to reach the solutions of their issues. I strive to help clients reach their most authentic self. I have experience working with individuals who experience substance use and eating disorders as well as mental health issues, I have trainings in EMDR therapy, art therapy, IFS. I offer a combination of these skill sets to meet you where you are at.
