I am a firm believer that we all have the innate drive and motivation to get better; this just needs to be realized and accessed. As a clinician, I will only be helping facilitate the inner work that you are already capable of doing! I strive to be the witness, and together we will uncover resiliency and hope to create lasting change. Life and its constant challenges have a clever way of clouding our inner wisdom and veering us off course. Together, we will clear the dust to allow for refocusing and realignment in your life. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing upon each individual’s strengths and interests to better improve their quality of life. I am a huge proponent of meaning making as well as pursuing joy in our day to day. I believe investing in yourself takes work, so you can expect to be challenged by me in therapy.
