I work with adults and teens (15+) who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. Many are caregivers, parents, or high-functioning individuals—and teens—who appear capable on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or self-critical on the inside. They are seeking relief from anxiety, burnout, emotional shutdown, and trauma-related stress, and want greater clarity, balance, and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
