Hello! I am Amanda Seemann, LMHC, PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health, certified. I utilize a strengths-based collaborative therapeutic style which allows individualism and autonomy for my clients. I work a lot with brief therapy for a variety of therapeutic concerns. I most often use solution-focused brief therapy or dialectical behavior therapy techniques with my clients.
