I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with extensive experience in child welfare and trauma-informed care. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and caregiver stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert on your own life.
