Take a breath in. Exhale slowly and feel your feet supported by the Earth beneath them. Notice the impact of this one breath in your body- celebrate this moment of peace. Riding the waves of this human experience can at times be challenging, and call for support from an external resource. It is in this calling, i welcome you to delve into therapy. Stepping into an unknown therapeutic relationship can evoke many feelings, and as I invite you into this space, your feet are on the ground and your breaths pace our work. In our time together, my intention is to guide us in a mind-body-soul approach to the therapeutic process.
