I will listen closely to what is troubling you, as well as what is most important to you. I hope that my questions and ways of being with you make space for the precious elements of your life to emerge and flourish. If you have experienced trauma, abuse, racism, sexism, ablism or other forms of invalidation, reaching out may feel scary. My hope is that you feel safe within the context of therapy.
