Life can be challenging often leading to anxiety, depression and ineffective strategies to cope with what faces us each day. We need the resources and skills to be able to navigate these challenges in order to engage in life in a meaningful way. My work with clients is active, engaging and collaborative as we focus on goals, values and managing difficult emotions and thoughts. We explore the past as it affects our current life, and work with the obstacles that block our ability to engage fully in life with a sense of well-being.
