I use an integrative approach where I am able to meet you where you are at with compassion, curiosity, and encouragement to evaluate and tailor evidence-based treatments to fit your needs. My desire is to partner with you in exploring your story and help you experience healing. I have enjoyed working with people from a variety of life stages from adolescence through late adulthood. I love working with those who are experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions, relationship difficulties, planning for the future, and those who might just feel "stuck".
