When I think of counseling, I think of a space where you can show up as you are and bare who you are to yourself and a compassionate, clear, and experienced other. Whether you are experiencing life transition, confusion, anxiety and fear, existential malaise, difficulties with self worth, relational troubles, or other concerns, the therapy space can offer a place where you can explore these concerns in a safe and supportive environment.
