It's often hard to ask for help or even know what you might need. If you're overwhelmed and wanting to be seen, understood and respected in your relationships you've landed in the right place. You'll find creative solutions to shift away from problem saturated patterns into connection and healing. You’ll build tools to manage triggers and conflict while we tap into your strengths and resilience. I bring a big toolbox and diverse skillset, from which we decide what models and strategies would be most helpful to you. I'm infinitely curious, playful and rooted in humor when it's accessible. I see all people as whole, even when our parts get scattered, and am continually in awe of our remarkable ability to heal.
