Hello Potential Client! Welcome to my Practice. My name is Amanda Strobel and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC). I have had an opportunity to practice behavioral health therapy in many settings over the last 25+ years. My overall goal is to support my clients through their therapeutic journey including supporting them through life transitions, stressful or overwhelming situations, grief or loss issues or executive counseling for career advancement. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me get to know you and then create a specific therapeutic plan with agreed upon goals for us to work through in follow-up sessions. This also allows us to measure your symptom improvement and goal achievements over time.
