I work with pregnant/postpartum individuals and non-birthing parents. My clinical work focuses on clients who are navigating complex transitions during family planning, pregnancy, and postpartum as well as those who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My primary goal as a therapist is to help you connect intentionally with your emotions and provide skills that both empower you and help improve your overall quality of life. I received clinical training at Lifespan Physician Group OBGYN, in Providence, RI which provided substantial training in diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mood disorders.
