My approach is rooted in the understanding that every individual, couple, and family system is unique. I recognize that what works for one may not work for all, and tailor interventions accordingly, allowing clients to feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their path from surviving to thriving. I believe that creating a safe space for vulnerability, allowing clients to speak their minds and process their emotions without shame or guilt, is the foundation for intersubjective healing.
